Architect, High-End Architectural Firm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design architectural projects utilizing AutoCAD and/or Revit, emphasizing modeling and technical documentation;

• Develop studies and presentations employing SketchUp and rendering software (Enscape, V-Ray, video production);

• Collect and structure project requirements, prioritizing tasks effectively;

• Oversee project development with critical insight and a commitment to aesthetics that align with the firm's standards;

• Create presentation materials and technical details that are clear and precise;

• Implement technical standards (both general and specific) to ensure compliance and deliverable quality;

• Manage project timelines effectively, anticipating risks and addressing unexpected challenges strategically;

• Foster direct relationships with clients, suppliers, and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent;

• Prior experience managing comprehensive project workflows (from conception to execution);

• Experience in settings that demand high aesthetic quality;

• Knowledge of collaborative processes between architecture and engineering;

• Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and various rendering software.
