This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Participate in pre-sales activities such as customer discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design.

• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify opportunities, outline scope, and create persuasive technical proposals.

• Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and deliver presentations of solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Evaluate customer infrastructure environments and recommend optimized architectural solutions.

• Design and implement platforms based on OpenShift, including OpenShift Virtualization.

• Spearhead migration projects from traditional virtualization platforms to OpenShift.

• Offer technical leadership during project delivery, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, aiding in the definition of infrastructure and platform roadmaps.

• Work in collaboration with Product Engineering, Consulting, and Support teams to provide high-quality solutions.

• Promote the adoption of automation, DevOps, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure.

• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales or customer-facing positions.

• In-depth knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.

• Practical experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM).

• Familiarity with OpenShift Virtualization or similar methods for VM modernization.

• Strong comprehension of enterprise infrastructure components (compute, storage, networking).

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and practices related to IaC.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
