Applications Rationalization Analyst – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the global application inventory to pinpoint opportunities for optimization and rationalization;

• Extract, consolidate, and analyze information from ServiceNow and Apptio;

• Collect and assess costs associated with enterprise applications;

• Conduct classification, tagging, and triage of data;

• Create sophisticated analytical models using Excel;

• Assist stakeholders with analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations;

• Navigate through ambiguous environments and continually changing scenarios;

• Contribute to enhancing data quality and information governance;

• Aid in cost optimization initiatives and the rationalization of the applications portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in analyzing both structured and unstructured data;

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced Excel modeling;

• At least 3 years of practical experience with ServiceNow;

• 2–3 years of experience working with Apptio;

• Proven track record in generating insights and identifying optimization opportunities;

• Capability to function in ambiguous, unstructured environments;

• Strong analytical abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
