Application Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain functionality within SaaS platforms (HubSpot, Quickbase, Frappe)

• Connect systems and automate workflows across various tools

• Assist in the development of internal applications and user-facing components

• Enhance the reliability and efficiency of system interactions and automations

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred — however, we highly value equivalent practical experience!

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Application Developer.

• Practical experience in building applications using various web technologies and SaaS platforms.

• Proficient in JavaScript (including HTML/CSS)

• Familiarity with Python

• Experience with APIs (consuming, not necessarily building) and system integration

• Background in working with cloud-based or SaaS platforms

• Proficient in using Git/GitHub for version control

• Ability to handle structured data (JSON, API payloads, basic data management)

• Experience in building, modifying, and maintaining web-based applications or workflows

• Understanding of application architecture and system integrations

• Capability to troubleshoot issues across systems (frontend + platform + API layers)

• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ownership and accountability for features and system results.

• A problem-solving mindset in loosely coupled systems.

• Flexibility in adapting to changing environments and toolsets.

• Collaboration skills across engineering, product, and data teams.
