Application Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Application Builders to produce high-quality Finance Applications, ensuring that projects adhere to strict deadlines and architectural standards.

• Collaborate with Finance Product Management and Solution Architects to convert complex requirements into scalable application designs.

• Uphold UX standards and engineering best practices to guarantee that applications are intuitive, high-performing, and easily maintainable.

• Spearhead the integration of new capabilities of the Anaplan platform (AI, Workflow, Polaris) into existing applications, guided by market and customer feedback.

• Work alongside GTM and Professional Services to create engaging demos, implementation guides, and technical best practices.

• Act as the main technical expert for Finance Applications, both internally and externally, supporting critical sales opportunities and customer escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise software development or financial systems, including at least 3 years leading Anaplan implementation teams.

• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner, with substantial expertise in multi-dimensional modeling and the entire Anaplan platform suite.

• Demonstrated success in managing technical teams within an Agile environment and navigating relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong comprehension of the office of the CFO, covering Financial Close, Consolidation, and FP&A processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in a technical area is preferred.
