Android Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new functionalities for our Android application.

• Maintain and improve the current codebase, ensuring its reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team, fully engaging in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and refinements.

• Operate within a quarterly OKR cycle aligned with the company's annual strategy, adjusting focus as priorities shift.

• Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to create high-quality, user-centric solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A positive, collaborative attitude paired with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Jetpack Compose and substantial experience with Jetpack Navigation (including deep links and multiple graphs).

• A robust understanding of Clean Architecture and MVVM, with hands-on experience in applying both methodologies.

• Expertise in Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and essential Jetpack libraries (ViewModel, StateFlow, DataStore), along with experience using Hilt for dependency injection.

• Solid background in unit testing (using MockK) and familiarity with Gradle and version catalogs.
