Android Enablement Specialist – Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement training strategies specifically designed for key North American carrier and retail partners.

• Create and sustain interactive, mobile-first learning modules utilizing SCORM authoring tools.

• Incorporate generative AI tools into workflows to enhance content creation, streamline administrative tasks, and customize learning pathways.

• Generate micro-learning sessions and short-form video content targeted at retail sales associates.

• Facilitate virtual training webinars as well as in-person sessions.

• Clearly articulate complex technical features and consultative selling methodologies.

• Perform field observations and leverage data-driven insights to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Present findings to the Training Manager and Sales Leadership teams.

• Develop and manage sales resources, which include playbooks, scripts, and digital materials.

• Be prepared to travel extensively throughout North America for field observations and partner events.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in training and enablement.

• Background ideally within direct marketing, telecommunications, or consumer technology industries.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business, Communication, or a related discipline.

• Established expertise in designing interactive training materials using SCORM-compliant tools, including Articulate 360, Rise, and Evolve.

• Curriculum design experience grounded in adult learning principles.

• Proven experience utilizing generative AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and AI video/audio editing software.

• Advanced skills in Google Workspace applications, including Slides, Docs, and Sheets.

• Exceptional oral, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to deliver dynamic presentations to a variety of audiences.

• Skill in conducting a consultative selling process that links complex product features to consumer needs.

• Ability to address common retail objections effectively.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the North American region for field observations and partner events.
