Analyst – Verification & Validation, V&V

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily verification of system and algorithm performance;

• Ensure that data is accurately received, processed, and computed;

• Authorize daily system operations according to a rotation schedule, which includes weekends and holidays;

• Validate new products as well as modifications to existing ones;

• Assess the effect of changes on data, reports, and business rules;

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams;

• Offer technical customer support through ticket management and resolution;

• Identify, document, and communicate system discrepancies, failures, or bugs;

• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and their impact on the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL for data querying and validation;

• Experience with Excel;

• Strong analytical abilities and comprehension of system logic;

• Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently;

• Proactive in identifying and resolving problems;

• Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency and significance;

• High level of responsibility and ownership over essential operations;

• Competence to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

• Understanding of business rules and existing code;

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills;

• Good communication skills for interaction with both technical and non-technical teams;

• Intermediate English proficiency;

• Availability to work on a rotation schedule, including weekends and holidays;

• NICE TO HAVE :

• Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms;

• Background in QA, Data Quality, Validation, Product, or Technical Support roles;

• Basic understanding of programming logic;

• Prior experience in supporting technical customers.
