This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Analyst is accountable for the daily operations within their designated area (e.g., procure to pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), or Record to Report (R2R)).
• This position collaborates with both internal teams and external partners to ensure key activities and objectives align with customer requirements.
• Acquire and perform necessary tasks related to the delivery of the (PTP, OTC, RTR) tower; work collaboratively with other teams to share or receive information as necessary; support tasks that must be executed with internal or external clients.
• Generate regular reports for leadership; assist with or develop additional reports as requested.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues promptly; suggest potential improvements to upper management.
• Implement month-end and year-end processes; track progress towards meeting KPIs and SLAs established for the area.
• Aid the manager in data collection, research, and analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams and business partners to achieve project objectives; prioritize tasks and ensure the quality and precision of work.
• Pursue knowledge on new tools and technologies (e.g., analytics, intelligent automation, robotics); engage in the ongoing enhancement of financial shared services processes and tools.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically gained through the completion of a bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software along with other accounting software programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting and/or finance principles and practices, statistical methods, generally accepted accounting principles, and auditing standards.
• Capability to work independently and complete tasks on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to foresee work requirements and engage professionally with customers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.
• Proficient in preparing and delivering clear and concise administrative and financial reports.
