Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in supporting client business processes and operational activities to guarantee timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Examine structured claims and patient datasets, including DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony claims.

• Create and enhance SQL queries and pipelines; utilize Excel and Python for automation and data analysis.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of operational procedures, data, tools, and technology to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders (potentially across different time zones) involved in the operational process to ensure seamless delivery to clients according to established timelines.

• Engage in multiple client assignments, enhancing analytical, task management, and communication abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

• Over 3 years of experience with data mining languages/tools such as SQL (for analysts).

• Strong expertise in SQL, Excel with VBA, and PowerPoint.

• Previous experience with structured datasets: DRG, Symphony, IQVIA, and McKesson.

• Background in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting.

• Experience working with individuals across different time zones.

• Proven track record in leading the delivery of analytical results to clients (both internal and external).
