Analista Funcional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional processes and technical specifications for OMS environments.

• Define end-to-end processes and workflows, creating clear technical documentation and flow diagrams.

• Collaborate in the definition, specification, and validation of interfaces and integrations using APIs.

• Execute and document integration and interface tests, ensuring quality and traceability of results.

• Conduct functional testing of mobile applications (iOS) with a user experience-focused approach.

• Identify, report, and follow up on incidents in coordination with business and technology teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in IT projects within the retail environment.

• Experience in requirements engineering, process definition, and functional/technical documentation.

• Practical knowledge in API validation using tools such as Postman and Swagger UI.

• Experience with testing management and ticketing tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
