This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analysis of business processes

• Understand and map the current processes within the organization (AS-IS and TO-BE).

• Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or integration.

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

• Functional design of APIs

• Define the behavior of APIs to support business processes.

• Specify endpoints, data structures, business rules, and workflows.

• Collaborate on API contract design (for example, using OpenAPI/Swagger).

• Hybrid approach (business + technology)

• Act as a bridge between technical teams (developers, architects) and business areas.

• Ensure that API solutions effectively address operational challenges.

• Translate technical terms into language comprehensible to non-technical stakeholders.

• Modeling and documentation

• Create process diagrams (BPMN, UML).

• Document integration flows, rules, and use cases.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for internal and external teams.

• Integration management

• Analyze how different systems (ERP, CRM, digital platforms, etc.) communicate with each other.

• Evaluate dependencies, risks, and impacts of changes in APIs.

• Ensure the consistency and governance of services.

• Validation and testing

• Participate in functional and integration testing.

• Verify that APIs meet business requirements.

• Identify errors and propose improvements.

• Continuous improvement

• Analyze API usage metrics and processes.

• Propose optimizations in performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.

• 5 years of experience

• Expertise in APIs, JSON, BPMN, Swagger, and integration

• Proficiency in SQL, testing, and agile methodologies
