This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement risk-based testing strategies;

• Collaborate with the team to develop a Test Plan and Strategy based on the analysis of deliverables for a software development project;

• Create a Requirements to Tests Traceability Matrix;

• Participate in conducting AS-IS analysis and defining To-BE;

• Analyze and validate business requirements, ensuring the proper application of testing principles and techniques;

• Develop and maintain test cases using the BDD (Behavior Driven Development) standard;

• Execute manual test cases, ensuring adequate evidence collection for project needs;

• Record and track the handling of defects and failures identified during testing activities;

• Monitor quality control policies and procedures;

• Identify, analyze, propose, and implement solutions for quality issues, examining root causes and preventing recurrence;

• Analyze improvement opportunities, aiming to optimize quality processes and bringing a focus on delivery quality to the team;

• Collect and analyze data to assess the performance of developed products against established quality standards;

• Prepare reports that include key quality indicators, such as defects, test coverage, quality risks, etc.;

• Utilize test automation tools to ensure the optimization of testing efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in testing fundamentals (Techniques and Strategies);

• Mastery in defining entrance and exit criteria (DoR/DoD) for quality;

• Expertise in risk-based testing strategies;

• Knowledge of different types and levels of testing;

• Requirements Analysis: Ability to interpret and validate software requirements specifications contained in a user story;

• Proficiency in using BDD for creating and updating both functional and non-functional Test Cases;

• Experience in performing manual tests on REST/SOAP APIs using Postman;

• Experience in conducting manual tests on applications;

• Familiarity with a control platform (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Mantis);

• Agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban;

• Experience in preparing Status Reports;

• Experience in data validation and reconciliation between environments;

• Experience in Systems Migration;

• Familiarity with Oracle Retail and/or ERP/Supply Chain/Retail Systems;

• Experience in conducting/participating in AS-IS analysis and defining To-BE;

• Knowledge in building/maintaining a Traceability Matrix (Requirements-Tests);

• Understanding of retail business flows (inventory, pricing, supply, sales);

• Certifications in Software Quality;

• Proficiency in Robot Framework and Python;

• Experience in a programming language (Python, Java, C#, Ruby, etc.);

• Experience in automated testing of REST and SOAP APIs;

• Experience with automation frameworks (Robot, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Requests/RestAssured, Sikuli, Espresso/XCUITest);

• Mastery in code versioning with Git.
