This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support and resolve incidents and requests related to access management (creation, modification, and revocation of access) within corporate systems.

• Engage in identity and access management within a Microsoft environment (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.).

• Manage profiles and permissions in systems such as ERPs, collaborative tools, and both internal and third-party systems.

• Conduct compliance analyses and segregation of duties (SoD) in accordance with industry information security policies.

• Record and maintain technical documentation for access management processes.

• Collaborate with local and international teams, ensuring prompt, clear service that aligns with defined SLAs.

• Participate in internal and external audits when necessary, providing evidence of accesses and actions taken.

• Propose improvements to access control processes and tools.

• Operate in accordance with ITIL standards and information security practices (such as ISO 27001).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Advanced/Fluent Spanish is essential.

• Previous experience in technical support or information security, with a focus on access management, is preferred.

• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) tools, Active Directory, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, GLPI, Jira) is desirable.

• Familiarity with IT governance concepts, security policies, and compliance is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of ITIL is preferred.
