This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Establish a friendly and professional relationship with clients;
• Align expectations with clients in your portfolio, identify opportunities, and showcase results (QBR);
• Identify and create business and expansion opportunities;
• Be responsible for the strategy and service to clients, aiming to achieve a high NPS level (and its management). Therefore, it is essential to ensure excellent service and enhance your knowledge during interactions, generating maximum value for clients;
• Develop a strategic approach to engage the client portfolio under your responsibility;
• Build a solid relationship with each client and work to maintain the stability of these contracts, opening up possibilities for expansion;
• Monitor, address, and reverse Churn;
• Foster client loyalty through a friendly and productive relationship;
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Law, Public Management, or related fields.
• Strong logical reasoning and aptitude for data/information analysis;
• Organizational skills to ensure quality in deliverables;
• Experience in customer service within the customer success area;
• Professional demeanor to build credibility with diverse client profiles;
• Resilience to handle pressure, client resistance, and multiple demands;
• Effective communication to be clear and assertive;
• Experience and good knowledge of bidding processes;
