📋 Description

• Oversee quality activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that outcomes align with established objectives.

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that foster continuous improvement and ensure process efficiency.

• Actively prioritize testing tasks and projects to optimize resource usage and maximize results.

• Mentor and guide team members.

• Manage the planning and execution of releases, ensuring all quality criteria are met prior to delivery.

• Conduct analyses of test results and implement improvements based on feedback and collected metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in quality control and testing within software development environments.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and automated testing practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Clear and effective communication abilities, with a talent for teamwork.

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

• Advanced English - (conversational level)
