This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and performance reports, ensuring the reliability, standardization, and availability of information to support decision-making in the areas of Revenue Management, Commercial, and Operations.
• Conduct critical analyses of business indicators, identifying trends, opportunities, and performance deviations, transforming data into actionable insights for improved results.
• Engage in the consolidation and governance of data, ensuring quality, integrity, and traceability of information from various corporate systems and databases.
• Support strategic and budget planning by constructing studies, simulations, and projections that aid in defining goals and revenue drivers.
• Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements, translating operational and strategic needs into appropriate BI solutions and analytical models.
• Automate processes and analysis routines to enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and increase the scalability of the department's deliveries.
• Continuously monitor the performance of key indicators (KPIs), creating comparative analyses between actual results, forecasts, and budgets, along with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Prepare executive presentations and ad hoc studies, clearly and objectively communicating results and diagnostics to various levels of the organization.
• Serve as a technical reference in BI tools and data analysis, supporting the development of analysts and promoting best practices within the team.
• Ensure deadlines are met and the quality of deliveries is maintained, prioritizing demands based on business impact and strategic alignment.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Information Technology, Administration, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Advanced BI skills focused on performance and revenue.
• Data governance (quality, security, LGPD compliance).
• Analytical data modeling.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• BI tools (architecture, governance, and executive visualization).
• Python/R or analytical automation skills.
• Data-driven decision-making capability.
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, and Revenue Management metrics (preferred).
• Hotel PMS and Booking Engine experience (audit and validation level) (preferred).
• Familiarity with corporate OKRs and KPIs (preferred).
• Proficiency in English - advanced level (preferred).
