Analista de PCP, Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the production plan is strictly followed through rigorous control of the input requirements and purchase orders;

• Execute and enhance both short-term and long-term planning for inputs and raw materials;

• Monitor the daily balance of input stocks against the open purchase order portfolio;

• Update status, descriptions, planning parameters, and maintain the integrity of all input registrations in the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields);

• Strong experience in the daily operations of Production Planning and Control (PPC), focusing on material requirements calculation, order tracking, and industrial stock control;

• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, quick, with a strong sense of urgency, discipline for repetitive checking routines, and excellent communication skills for deadline enforcement with interfaces;

• Hard Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (ability to quickly and accurately cross-reference stock tables, consumption, and purchase orders);

• Differentiators: Knowledge or previous experience with SAP S/4HANA system and processes;

• Prior experience in the dermocosmetics or consumer goods industry;

• Familiarity with BI tools for report analysis.
