Analista de Observabilidade – N1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and configure monitoring using Zabbix (hosts, templates, triggers, items, discovery)

• Create operational dashboards and visualizations in Grafana

• Conduct initial troubleshooting (N1) based on alerts, events, and collected metrics

• Perform basic analysis and correlation of events to identify incidents or performance degradation

• Support the maintenance of the monitoring environment, ensuring the availability and quality of monitoring

• Adjust and optimize alerts to reduce false positives and enhance detection accuracy

• Document monitoring setups, operational procedures, and technical standards

• Collaborate with infrastructure, applications, and database teams to enhance observability

• Assist in the implementation of monitoring in both on-premises and cloud environments

• Identify and propose automations for recurring operational tasks, such as creating hosts, generating reports, managing alerts, and integrating tools, contributing to reduced manual effort and increased team efficiency.

• Participate in periodic reviews of alerts and operational runbooks, contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring and observability processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Zabbix (implementation, monitoring operations, and configuration of hosts, templates, and triggers)

• Experience with Grafana (dashboard creation and queries)

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

• Understanding of virtualization with VMware

• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, connectivity, ports)

• Analytical skills for initial incident troubleshooting

• Experience with log analysis, metrics, and events

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical teams

• Proactivity, organization, and operational discipline
