This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Active Prospecting & Social Selling: Identify and engage potential mentees (ICPs) through LinkedIn and Instagram, employing content strategies and direct approaches to initiate conversations.
• Qualification and Diagnosis: Conduct briefing meetings to gain a thorough understanding of the lead's business challenges and validate their fit for our mentoring program.
• Presentation and Closing: Lead sales meetings, present the mentoring value proposition, address objections, and secure contract signatures.
• Pipeline Management: Oversee your entire sales funnel within the CRM (Pipedrive), from initial contact to "win".
• Initial Post-Sale: Facilitate the handover to the customer success team, ensuring an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Experience in Consultative Sales: Proven track record in the complete sales cycle (from prospecting to closing), preferably with high-ticket services or info products.
• Skills in Social Selling: Ability to strategically utilize social media to generate leads (not just posting, but prospecting and converting).
• CRM Proficiency: Practical experience with Pipedrive (or similar) for managing metrics and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing: Understanding the concepts we teach (SEO, Inbound, Traffic) to establish authority during sales.
• Masterful Communication: Excellent speaking skills for video meetings and impeccable writing for social media outreach.
• Goal-Oriented: Driven by results and possessing the discipline required to work 100% remotely.
