This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Development of APIs, performance monitoring tool alerts, dashboards, or data trend analysis within a monitoring tool.

• Implementation of baseline monitoring thresholds and recommendations for KPIs and SLAs concerning performance monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in collecting and organizing large volumes of data for use in monitoring instrumentation solutions.

• Proficiency in creating technical documentation.

• Ability to provide infrastructure/system recommendations via monitoring tools.

• Experience with two or more of the following tools: AppD, Dynatrace, Splunk ITSI, SolarWinds, scienceLogic, datadog, or opentelemetry.

• Knowledge of market monitoring tools.

• Experience with data visualization tools.
