Analista de Mídias Pagas – Pleno/Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and optimize acquisition strategies for the app, focusing on sustainable and scalable growth;

• Manage campaigns across various channels, monitoring key metrics throughout the entire funnel;

• Analyze data and generate insights for decision-making and prioritizing initiatives;

• Test new approaches, channels, and creatives, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement;

• Collaborate with teams such as Product, Data, CRO, IT, and Sales to enhance performance;

• Stay updated on trends and innovations in the digital and mobile marketing landscape;

• Support and contribute to the development of junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;

• Experience in planning, executing, and managing app acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Native Ads, and others;

• Familiarity with measurement tools (MMPs);

• Knowledge of the nuances of Android and iOS ecosystems;

• Experience in data analysis (Google Analytics or similar);

• Understanding of the conversion funnel and optimization by stages;

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making;

• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively;

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;

• Experience with Adjust;

• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI);

• Basic knowledge of SQL.
