This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop strategic media planning based on marketing briefs and clients' business objectives.
• Conduct preliminary audits of existing media accounts to suggest improvements and restructuring.
• Recommend channels, formats, targeting, and investments according to audience profile and brand goals.
• Create monthly, quarterly, or seasonal media plans with projections for reach, CTR, CPC, and estimated CPA.
• Actively participate in client meetings (including proposing agendas) to present proposals, discuss strategies, and align performance expectations.
• Execution and Management of Campaigns.
• Create, set up, launch, monitor, and adjust campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Spotify Ads.
• Develop advanced targeting using demographic, behavioral, and remarketing data.
• Previous experience as a Paid Media or Performance Analyst.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
• Experience with data-driven campaign optimization and performance enhancement.
• Understanding of sales funnels, consumer journeys, and remarketing strategies.
• Ability to read and interpret data for decision-making purposes.
• Experience in budget management and performance goal setting.
• Familiarity with other media platforms (Pinterest Ads, Programmatic, Spotify Ads).
