This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop strategic media plans based on briefings and business objectives;
• Conduct account audits and propose restructuring;
• Create monthly, quarterly, and seasonal plans with projections for reach, CTR, CPC, and CPA;
• Design, configure, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Spotify Ads;
• Develop advanced segmentations (demographic, behavioral, and remarketing);
• Integrate accounts with GA4, Meta Pixel, and offline conversions;
• Prepare technical and executive reports featuring KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates;
• Lead meetings with clients to present strategies and align goals;
• Suggest process improvements and operational workflows in collaboration with the service and creative teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media (Meta Ads and Google Ads);
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
• Ability to autonomously manage multiple accounts and deadlines;
• Strong presentation skills and consultative communication with clients;
• Certifications in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (a plus);
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, social media, and related fields.
