This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• **In your daily activities, you will:**
• - Manage campaign investments, ensuring proper budget consumption, channel efficiency, and alignment with defined goals;
• - Conduct data analysis to diagnose issues and identify opportunities within ad accounts, proposing clear and actionable plans;
• - Implement and monitor a structured testing schedule for campaigns and creatives, aiming for continuous learning and performance improvement;
• - Create, manage, and optimize Ads campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, among others;
• - Develop and track lift studies, including A/B tests, Brand Lift, and Conversion Lift, to measure incremental impact and the real effect of actions;
• - Plan campaigns and media strategies, linking marketing objectives to business goals at various stages of the funnel;
• - Structure and present results reports to leadership, translating data into insights, learnings, and next steps.
• **What you need to secure this position:**
• - Proficiency in Digital Analytics, with the ability to collect, measure, and analyze online interaction data using tools such as GA4, Amplitude, among others, alongside Google Tag Manager (GTM);
• - Understanding of attribution modeling and experimentation concepts, with the capability to develop incremental measurement strategies through testing;
• - Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, with the ability to generate actionable insights (for example, utilizing structured methods like FCA);
• - Behavioral competencies such as adaptability, active listening, effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, and innovation capacity;
• - Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools like Power BI, Looker Studio (Data Studio), Tableau, Google Sheets, and Excel;
• - Business acumen, correlating marketing metrics with business metrics, such as ROI, Churn, LTV, CAC, among others;
• - Mastery of major advertising platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads;
• - Analytical profile, with an ease in analyzing and interpreting data with a focus on results;
• - Knowledge of programmatic media platforms and concepts.
• **It would be a plus if you have:**
• - Certifications in Google Ads (Search, Display Network, Video Network);
• - Previous experience with B2B businesses.
