This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Operation and Execution: Setup, launch, and daily optimization of high-performance campaigns.
• Client Engagement: Actively participate in result meetings. You will be the media voice, translating complex data into business insights for the client.
• Tactical Leadership: Guide and direct the tactical demands for the Media Assistant on the team.
• Macro Perspective: Play a secondary role in constructing the media plan, ensuring that the tactics reflect the overall campaign strategy.
• Complete mastery of Google Ads and Meta Ads (in-depth knowledge of the engineering behind these platforms is essential).
• Excellence in the Google Workspace suite (especially Google Sheets for in-depth analysis and Google Slides for creating impactful visual presentations).
• Experience in media buying on TikTok Ads, Google DV360, and Pinterest Ads.
• Familiarity with tracking and reporting ecosystems: GA4, Looker Studio, and Campaign Manager.
• Acquainted with management tools: Trello and Publi Manager.
• Passion for Data: You have a genuine appreciation for metrics and won't rest until you understand why a number has increased or decreased.
• Sharp Communication: Ability to argue and defend your tactical choices confidently to the client's management.
• Self-Managed: You won't require hand-holding. You have the autonomy to organize your workflow and priorities.
• Problem-Solving Profile: Solution-oriented. When faced with a campaign issue, you come prepared with a backup plan.
• Your resume will rise to the top if you have proven experience handling large Retail accounts, with a special focus on the Beauty and Cosmetics segment.
