Analista de Hardware e Redes – Suporte TI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide first and second-level support for hardware, networks, and peripherals.

• Assemble, configure, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on computers.

• Install and set up operating systems and essential software.

• Monitor the local area network (LAN/Wi-Fi) and assist in incident resolution.

• Organize the inventory of equipment and network assets.

• Log tickets, document solutions, and update the knowledge base.

• Assist in IT infrastructure improvement projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience (internship or employment via CLT/PJ) in hardware and network support.

• Knowledge in assembling, formatting, and configuring PCs.

• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, cabling).

• Familiarity with Windows (client) and remote access tools.

• Strong communication skills, organization, and a user-focused attitude.

• Availability for a PJ contract during business hours.

• Technical or higher education in IT (completed or ongoing) is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Linux and monitoring tools is a plus.

• Experience with Active Directory, security policies, and backups is a bonus.

• Experience in environments with multiple branches or remote support is a plus.
