Analista de CS Implementação Júnior – Omie ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct 4 to 5 online training sessions daily with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring the implementation of 15-20 clients per month;

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients in a structured manner, from the initial diagnosis to system activation;

• Map client processes to ensure alignment with the ERP and best management practices;

• Provide guidance and consultative support in the initial configuration and parameterization of the platform;

• Design and deliver training sessions for different user profiles, ensuring clarity, pedagogical approach, and autonomy in utilizing features;

• Create and manage the implementation schedule, conducting trainings and alignments with the client;

• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, suggesting course adjustments and practical solutions to maintain project progress;

• Document all stages, decisions, advancements, and next steps in the CRM, ensuring traceability and quality in delivery;

• Monitor activation, engagement, and customer success indicators, taking data-driven actions to ensure "first value" delivery;

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity in the customer journey;

• Gather structured feedback on the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvements in implementation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology fields;

• Basic knowledge of administrative and financial processes (Accounts payable/receivable, billing, cash flow);

• Experience in Customer Success with the implementation of complex B2B software, preferably ERP, POS, and similar systems;

• Ability to conduct training and communicate effectively with different maturity levels;

• Experience in managing a portfolio, keeping the CRM updated, recording feedback, and scheduling follow-up trainings;

• Capability to lead projects with defined timelines, regular follow-up rituals, and scope control;

• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret implementation metrics and indicators;

• Strong organizational skills, discipline, and ability to maintain structured documentation;

• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile;

• Knowledge of ERP fundamentals and its main modules is a significant advantage;

• Basic understanding of Brazilian tax legislation (taxes, fiscal documents, principal and accessory obligations);

• Previous experience in consulting or consultative roles in technology;

• Basic knowledge of fiscal operations and accounting routines;

• Experience in the SaaS market, particularly with ERPs;

• Familiarity with implementation for large accounts or high-complexity projects;

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools;

• Fluency in English and/or Spanish to conduct training and support;

• Certifications related to Customer Success, Project Management, or ERP;

• Experience with junior companies, volunteering, hackathons, or similar experiences.
