Analista de Contratos, Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organization and management of documents: Maintenance of physical and digital files of contracts, updating information, and organizing necessary documents for contractual management.

• Data entry and updates: Registering and updating clients and contracts in the company's internal systems.

• Monitoring deadlines and expirations: Keeping track of contract deadlines, expirations, renewals, and extensions.

• Communication: Liaising with clients and internal departments regarding pending issues, releases, and contract statuses.

• Support in contract drafting and analysis: Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and organizing of contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, evaluating clauses and associated risks in accordance with current laws, ensuring legal and internal compliance.

• Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and internal policies.

• Assist the team in dealings with external legal counsel when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ongoing education (from the 8th semester) or completed degree in Law;

• Experience with contracts;

• Previous experience in the legal department of tax consultancy and technology companies;

• Understanding of civil, corporate, and tax law;

• Familiarity with procurement processes;

• Proficiency in the Office Suite and document management tools.
