Analista de Contratos, Júnior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Preparation, review, and analysis of contracts, amendments, termination agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), authorizations, and other legal documents.

• Support in negotiating contractual clauses with internal departments and third parties, adhering to the company's legal and commercial guidelines.

• Management of the contractual flow, including monitoring signatures, deadlines, renewals, and terminations.

• Assessment of contractual risks and identification of legal points of concern, with escalation as needed.

• Collaboration with internal departments (commercial, products, finance, marketing, and operations) to assist with contractual requests.

• Organization and management of contractual documents and internal controls.

• Assistance with corporate and regulatory demands as applicable.

• Support for litigation through document gathering and contributions to legal defenses.

• Monitoring of extrajudicial notifications and administrative negotiations.

• Assistance in the drafting and revision of internal policies, terms of use, and institutional documents.

• Knowledge in the preparation, review, and analysis of civil and commercial contracts.

• Understanding of Contract Law, Civil Law, Consumer Law, and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
