This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will play a crucial role in the implementation and execution of training initiatives within the technology department, supporting teams in their continuous development and enhancing their skills.

• You will participate in the creation and execution of training and development plans in Tech.

• You will identify learning needs and assist in building educational solutions.

• You will guide teams through activities, workshops, and learning experiences.

• You will manage learning platforms and monitor user progress.

• You will contribute to the development of content that promotes team excellence and growth.

• You will analyze results from training programs and suggest continuous improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience (even if limited) in training, development, or capacity-building processes.

• A genuine desire to design and facilitate learning environments (workshops, activities, mentoring, etc.).

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and teamwork abilities.

• Interest in technological environments and continuous learning.

• Educational background in fields such as Psychology, Education, Engineering, Communication, or related areas.
