📋 Description

• Implements defined benefits processes and consults with the Senior Analyst for guidance.

• Evaluates, investigates, and addresses participant concerns, including eligibility, calculation discrepancies, and service delivery issues.

• Analyzes benefit reports and takes action as necessary.

• Carries out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• A college or university degree is necessary, or equivalent work experience that familiarizes the individual with basic theories and concepts.
