📋 Description

• Carry out the analysis of recruitment and selection requirements

• Post recruitment advertisements

• Receive and filter resumes

• Coordinate evaluation interviews with pre-selected candidates

• Administer and analyze psychological tests and verify professional references

• Organize the selection interview with the client's area of the process

• Continuously maintain databases for candidate selection and recruitment

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Commercial Engineering

• Experience in Recruitment and Selection
