This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support via chat, focusing on HR-related inquiries;

• Guide clients on payroll processes, hiring, terminations, and vacations;

• Assist in verifying labor calculations;

• Address questions regarding taxes (INSS, FGTS, eSocial, etc.);

• Engage in analyzing and resolving inconsistencies related to HR;

• Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy in customer interactions;

• Log and track support tickets until resolution;

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in Human Resources;

• Knowledge of labor legislation;

• Familiarity with payroll routines and Fator R;

• Strong written communication and organizational skills;

• Analytical and problem-solving profile;

• Experience in customer service;

• Knowledge of accounting/payroll systems;

• Experience with eSocial;
