This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary communication channel with stakeholders, gathering requirements and aligning expectations regarding timelines and deliverables;

• Collaborate with the engineering team (Developers and QAs) to break down epics into manageable technical stories and prioritize the backlog based on business value and effort;

• Conduct functional validation of features delivered by the team, ensuring that the business rules have been correctly implemented;

• Create and maintain the product roadmap, anticipating bottlenecks and proactively suggesting improvements to the user experience (UX).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;

• Proven previous experience in software projects, preferably with high-relevance web applications;

• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban), with the ability to lead ceremonies and manage the flow of value;

• Exceptional skill in writing User Stories (User-Centric), defining Acceptance Criteria (AC), and Definition of Done (DoD);

• Practical experience in validating deliveries (UAT - User Acceptance Testing), ensuring that the functionality meets business requirements before release;

• Proficiency in management tools such as Jira and Confluence;

• Advanced/Fluent English: Essential for conducting Discovery meetings, Stakeholder Management, and Reviews directly with global clients, with excellent negotiation and synthesis skills.
