This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the availability and performance of servers and applications using Zabbix and Grafana, analyzing events and escalating incidents as necessary;

• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, contributing to secure and traceable continuous delivery processes with tools like GitLab CI;

• Support the administration of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher) in both On-Premise and Cloud infrastructures, ensuring service stability and scalability;

• Contribute to the management of infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible, supporting versioning and reproducibility of environments;

• Participate in incident response routines and post-incident analyses, collaborating in the construction of reports and fostering a culture of continuous improvement based on SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets);

• **Possess a digital mindset, curiosity for new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.**

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in progress or completed in IT-related fields (Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related areas);

• Knowledge in the administration of Windows and Linux/Unix servers, with an understanding of information security and high availability;

• Practical experience or exposure to observability tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar;

• Familiarity with containers and orchestration platforms: Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher, with code versioning via GIT;

• Basic understanding of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL) and interest in infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform or Ansible;

• **Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.**
