This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Execute the implementation of a comprehensive global Artificial Intelligence Management System that facilitates certification to ISO42001 for GEHC products, ensuring recognized assurance for customers.
• Identify and oversee risks associated with AI systems.
• Offer actionable recommendations to address control deficiencies.
• Prepare and deliver assessment results to a diverse audience across functions.
• Collaborate with business units to address control deficiencies.
• Maintain a dedicated AIMS risk model.
• Coordinate efforts across various functions, including security, sourcing, legal, and compliance.
• Manage the 'BAM' process for the integration of AI solutions within AIMS.
• Maintain AI impact assessments as required by 42001.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other “STEM” fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with significant experience.
• Strong verbal communication, business writing, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Recognized international information governance or audit certifications, such as ISO Lead Implementer, ISO Auditor, CISSP, or CISM.
• Experience conducting audits or security assessments within regulated sectors (e.g., Healthcare, Financial Services, Critical Infrastructure).
• In-depth knowledge of industry-standard information security and IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO, NIST).
• Familiarity with or experience in navigating industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, DFARS, Export Control, PCI).
• Demonstrated capability to execute tasks across multiple locations and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Proficient in influencing others in a matrixed organizational structure.
• Exceptional analytical and technical abilities.
• Experience overseeing projects within a complex organizational and IT landscape.
