• Develop, train, and assess machine learning models to aid in business decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to deploy and sustain AI/ML models in production settings.

• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization to enhance performance and accuracy.

• Design and execute experiments to validate model performance and assess business impact.

• Create dashboards, reports, and visual presentations to convey insights and model outcomes to stakeholders.

• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to ensure reliability and accuracy.

• Assist in the implementation of responsible AI practices, including model transparency, fairness, and data governance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.

• 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or predictive modeling.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development.

• Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Familiarity with data manipulation tools including Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python visualization libraries.

• Understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) are required.
