This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, script, and produce videos utilizing AI generation tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma, Veo, and Sora where applicable.

• Create voiceovers, lip-sync, and avatar-based content using platforms like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Synthesia.

• Edit, enhance, and finalize content in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Develop multiple variations for iteration and testing purposes.

• Ensure visual consistency and uphold a high standard across all deliverables.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI video tools and workflows in this rapidly evolving field.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on project briefs and creative direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated or AI-assisted video work (links are required).

• Practical experience with several of the following tools: Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion (video), ElevenLabs, and HeyGen.

• Proficient editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Strong visual judgment — capable of identifying and rectifying unnatural or low-quality outputs.

• Good instincts for prompt engineering (structured and repeatable workflows).

• Fluent written English skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, taking full ownership of the output.
