AI Transformation Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and lead AI Jam Sessions, empowering engineers to embrace AI-driven workflows through practical experimentation.

• Showcase real-world development workflows utilizing Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude.

• Establish and guide a Super-Builder guild to foster peer-led AI adoption.

• Deliver hands-on coaching sessions to engineers integrating AI tools.

• Identify barriers to AI adoption, such as prompting limitations, workflow mismatches, and tooling friction.

• Develop prompting guides and workflow templates customized for real-world environments.

• Create and maintain a dynamic AI Playbook featuring best practices and patterns.

• Conduct prompting clinics and office hours to provide ongoing support.

• Map engineering workflows and pinpoint opportunities for AI acceleration.

• Monitor adoption metrics and work in collaboration with analytics teams.

• Facilitate cooperation among LATAM and U.S. distributed teams.

• Mentor engineers and enhance AI-native engineering communities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Principal Engineer.

• Strong foundation in TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, or similar languages.

• Extensive hands-on experience with AI coding assistants integrated into daily workflows.

• Advanced proficiency with Cursor (agent mode, multi-file context, custom rules).

• Advanced knowledge of GitHub Copilot (chat workflows, IDE integration).

• Solid experience with Claude or comparable LLM tools.

• Strong skills in prompt engineering (few-shot, context management, workflow integration).

• Experience in conducting workshops, hackathons, or live coding sessions.

• Background in mentoring engineers or leading guilds/communities.

• Experience working within distributed teams.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Residing in LATAM with the ability to overlap with U.S. time zones.
