AI Technical Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop Innovative Pipelines: Create and oversee sophisticated, node-based generative AI workflows for producing high-quality visuals.

• Streamline Processes: Write straightforward scripts (in Python or similar languages) to facilitate batch image processing and asset management.

• Serve as a Liaison: Function as the 'translator' among our designers, technical engineering team, and our Creative Technology Lead.

• Evaluate & Deploy: Identify the most effective new AI models, conduct tests, and transform them into dependable tools for daily use by the entire design team.

• Establish best practices, essential documentation, and technical guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in AI GUI: Extensive, practical experience in designing and troubleshooting intricate, high-volume workflows.

• Visual Expertise: A foundation in graphic design and 3D with a strong sense of aesthetics (composition, lighting, realism/brand consistency).

• Tool Development/Scripting: Demonstrated experience in creating internal tools, scripts, or automation processes (using Python or similar).

• Production-Oriented Mindset: A strong emphasis on documentation, reproducibility, and complete ownership of projects.

• Senior-Level Autonomy: The capability to work and lead projects independently.
