AI Systems Builder – Real Estate Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable AI-driven tools, platforms, and workflow systems tailored for internal functions and real estate applications.

• Create effective AI solutions that extend beyond mere prompting, encompassing structured workflows, automations, applications, dashboards, and customized tools.

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance, test, and broaden existing AI projects.

• Design AI-focused resources for real estate agents, including guides, frameworks, templates, and interactive tools.

• Quickly iterate on prototypes and MVPs based on feedback and shifting business requirements.

• Assess new AI tools, LLMs, and platforms to enhance operations, content generation, and client/member experiences.

• Document workflows, tool logic, implementation procedures, and user guidelines for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Transform internal AI outputs into polished resources for teams, agents, clients, and members.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across AI tools, automations, integrations, and platform workflows.

• Actively experiment and propose enhancements within a dynamic AI landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in developing AI tools, systems, workflows, platforms, or technical solutions from the ground up or close to it.

• Background in creating practical AI solutions that go beyond LLM prompting, including structured workflows, automations, applications, dashboards, or custom tools.

• Demonstrated ability to swiftly prototype and iterate on MVPs in rapidly evolving experimental settings.

• Strong capabilities in producing clear technical documentation for workflows, tool logic, implementation steps, and user instructions.

• Practical experience utilizing LLM tools like Claude and ChatGPT to create AI-enabled solutions.

• Experience in developing custom automations and integrations across various tools and platforms.

• Familiarity with real estate workflows, real estate agent audiences, or operations related to real estate content.

• Proficient in professional English, suitable for writing documentation and resources for end-users.
