AI Systems Builder – Real Estate Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design and develop AI-driven tools, platforms, and workflow systems tailored for internal operations and real estate applications.

• Create scalable AI solutions, including automations, applications, dashboards, and customized tools.

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance, test, and broaden existing AI projects.

• Develop AI-based resources for real estate professionals, including guides, frameworks, templates, and interactive tools.

• Quickly iterate on prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) based on feedback and changing requirements.

• Assess new AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and platforms to improve operations and enhance client/member experience.

• Document workflows, tool logic, implementation procedures, and user guidelines for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Transform internal AI outputs into refined resources for the team, agents, clients, and members.

• Troubleshoot issues related to AI tools, automations, integrations, and platform workflows.

• Offer proactive suggestions and adapt to the fast-paced AI landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in developing AI tools, systems, workflows, platforms, or technical solutions from the ground up or nearly from scratch.

• Proven experience in creating educational or client/member-oriented AI resources, such as guides, frameworks, templates, or interactive tools.

• Hands-on experience utilizing LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in the creation of AI solutions.

• Capability to develop custom AI workflows that incorporate automations and integrations beyond simple prompt usage.

• Familiarity with real estate workflows and content operations relevant to agents and their audiences.

• Strong grasp of LLM-based system development workflows, including automation logic, integrations, and scalable tool design.

• Proficient in English at a professional level.

• Legally authorized to work as a contractor in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Honduras, or Venezuela.
