AI Specialist, Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of new connector requests, guiding them from initial requirements to production readiness.

• Lead and facilitate the homologation processes with Security and other internal stakeholders until approval is successfully obtained.

• Identify and address both technical and administrative obstacles that hinder adoption.

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure effective progress on use cases.

• Ensure that connectors are not only approved but are also fully operational and applicable in real-world scenarios.

• Offer technical insights regarding integrations and connector architecture.

• Proactively promote the adoption of low-code solutions across various teams.

• Establish the foundation for future advanced automation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical background as an AI Engineer, Software Engineer, or a similar role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of APIs, integrations, authentication processes, and connector architecture.

• Ability to swiftly understand, utilize, and convey information about low-code/workflow automation platforms (experience with Copilot Studio or n8n is a plus, but not required).

• Previous experience in highly regulated corporate settings is a significant advantage. The capability to navigate internal bureaucracy, coordinate with Security and Compliance teams, and drive approvals while maintaining momentum is as crucial as the technical expertise for this position. Strong skills in stakeholder management; the ability to follow up, apply constructive pressure, and drive advancement.
