This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to cultivate and enhance client partnerships through AI innovation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in AI, cloud, and data technologies, pinpointing client challenges and defining highly customized solutions that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Lead discovery and pre-sales initiatives, formulating proposals, RFP responses, and pitches that effectively convey our AI and technology capabilities.
• Create proof-of-concepts and reference architectures that demonstrate how Nearform can achieve outstanding results.
• Convert client objectives into actionable solution roadmaps, partnering closely with specialists in data, AI, design, and engineering.
• Assist in early-stage project delivery to guarantee a smooth transition from pre-sales to execution.
• Collaborate across teams to produce case studies and success stories that highlight the transformative potential of our AI solutions.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of our AI practice by fostering innovation, refining our methodologies, and sharing best practices across teams.
• Over 12 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, preferably in consulting, pre-sales, or account development within technology or digital services.
• Practical experience with solution architecture, software architecture, cloud platforms, and AI-native software engineering practices.
• Capable of conducting effective workshops to explore potential use cases, elucidate solution trade-offs, and align stakeholders on the optimal solution.
• Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, including hands-on engagement with foundation models to enhance efficiencies in real-world applications using techniques such as RAG, agents, and building evaluation suites to ensure effectiveness.
• Strong grasp of AI, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to convey complex concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Proven success in engaging with executive-level stakeholders (VP/C-level) within enterprise clients.
• Experience leading pre-sales, discovery, and solution design discussions.
• A history of shaping and securing deals alongside sales teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate outcome-based business value clearly.
• Capacity to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
