AI Solutions Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance AI-driven internal tools for:

• Analyzing sales pipelines and gathering customer intelligence

• Managing internal knowledge

• Reporting on operations and providing business insights

• Supporting executive decision-making

• Working with both structured and unstructured data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG

• Creating and maintaining AI agents that integrate semantic and keyword searches across internal knowledge repositories, meeting notes, and CRM data

• Overseeing the infrastructure for AI services, with assistance from DevOps

• Converting ambiguous business challenges into scalable, AI-driven solutions

• Promoting AI adoption and an AI-first mindset throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies

• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Cline, or similar

• Basic coding abilities in Python or a strong eagerness to learn quickly

• Comfort with the command line, basic Linux administration, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

• Demonstrated capability to manage projects from start to finish

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with uncertainty

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Competence in converting business requirements into effective AI tools

• Proficiency in English and Russian is required
