AI Solutions Architect – Enterprise Back-End Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and develop AI-enhanced solutions across enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, iPaaS).

• Establish the architecture for incorporating AI/ML capabilities into backend workflows.

• Lead system integration efforts utilizing APIs, event-driven architectures, and automation pipelines.

• Collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure AI solutions align with organizational objectives.

• Guarantee scalability, security, and governance of AI systems within production environments.

• Clearly communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders and leadership.

• Drive end-to-end delivery in accordance with enterprise technology standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, or related fields.

• Proven experience with at least one platform from each category: CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365; ERP: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, or NetSuite; iPaaS: MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Azure Integration Services.

• Practical experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in production, including: LLM-powered workflows, Agentic AI systems, predictive analytics, and intelligent document processing.

• Strong comprehension of integration patterns such as REST/GraphQL APIs, event streaming, ETL/ELT, and webhooks.

• Excellent communication abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
