AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive architecture for AI-centric solutions, emphasizing Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agents, automation).

• Participate in AI pre-sales efforts, including:

• - Converting business needs into AI solution proposals and architectural designs.

• - Creating architecture diagrams.

• - Leading client workshops, discovery sessions, and technical presentations.

• Design robust, scalable, and cost-effective AI architectures using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Define and supervise the implementation of AI solutions such as RAG pipelines, vector search, intelligent systems, agents, and LLM integrations.

• Be ready to offer technical leadership and support to engineering teams throughout the delivery process.

• Adhere to best practices in AI system design, governance, and responsible AI implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in IT architecture, solutions architecture, or senior engineering positions, OR a minimum of 2 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in a production environment.

• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and Agentic architectures.

• Practical experience or a strong familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or comparable alternatives.

• Experience in architecting solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• In-depth knowledge of API design, system integration, and distributed architectures.

• Familiarity with ML/AIOps practices (deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management).

• Proven ability to interact with stakeholders and convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Polish.
