AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate business development by leveraging technical expertise and engaging with clients.

• Foster growth within the engineering team and ensure high-performance delivery.

• Play a key role in the architecture and implementation of critical AI systems.

• Attain a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 90% or higher in technical delivery.

• Assist in enhancing team performance and developing capabilities.

• Deliver scalable AI system architectures that comply with FSI standards.

• Provide updates on project progress to customers, articulating business and technology concepts clearly.

• Develop upsell and account expansion strategies for current clients.

• Aid in the preparation of proposals for new client projects.

• Oversee AI Engineers on customer projects, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback (note that not all projects necessitate AI Engineers).

• Support the engineering team in identifying and nurturing high-performing individuals.

• Participate in performance evaluations and improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to the implementation of crucial software components.

• Define the role of AI in transforming business processes; design comprehensive AI-powered user experiences.

• Create scalable architectures for AI systems; determine model selection, deployment strategies, and infrastructure needs.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams; convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Design the interaction of multiple AI agents/models; establish protocols for agent-to-agent communication.

• Set standards for AI development, safety measures, and compliance frameworks.

• Develop systems to ensure AI safety, mitigate bias, and address potential failure modes; implement monitoring and intervention systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing hands-on AI/ML solutions.

• Familiarity with financial services clients or experience within an FSI organization.

• Experience with large, regulated entities (such as banks, insurers, government agencies, and utilities) is advantageous.

• Background working in a cloud hyperscaler environment.

• All three major hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) are considered equally valid for this position. Neurons Lab serves clients across these platforms and requires certified architects for each.

• Experience in technology consulting or service-oriented businesses.
