AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Artificial Intelligence is an integral part of our operations.

• Identify and address gaps in MLOps services and platform capabilities.

• Prefer AI Platform Architect (near-shore) over an on-site Director position unless an exceptional on-site candidate emerges.

⛳️ Requirements

• This role is focused on technical and architectural aspects rather than solely on leadership.

• Assist in establishing best practices for managing the AI/ML lifecycle within Databricks.

• Provide support to the MLOps team (Eric's team, which is currently 45 days into its maturation).

• Identify and resolve gaps in MLOps services and platform capabilities.

• Emphasize design for scalability and speed over perfection.

• Facilitate quicker execution of new AI use cases and projects.

• Must be open to near-shore work with potential travel opportunities.

• Should be able to collaborate with a future director once appointed (hopefully within the next 60 days).

• Aim to prevent team confusion arising from temporary leadership transitions.
